It could go either way. One perspective is if more people are gonna use the black market you would think the coins would be useful since they are not connected to USD. It will be a great way to move large sums anonymously.

On the other hand it could scare a lot of people that want to stay legit out of the coins. Similar to what is happening in cannabis stock market. There is a plummet cause people are afraid of the legal companies getting shut down. We will see what takes course, I have my odds on the coins going up!
