Dope Coin Wallet Update Released

DOPECOIN UPDATE: v4.0.0.3

This is a recommended update. It fixes an issue that may cause a wallet lose connections and disconnect from the network. It also increases the number of available connections from the scratch and contains an update to Blackcoin Core v1.2.4.

Mac wallet will be released later.
