Yes I can. Had you bought 1 BTC last year you would now have 80% less fiat. whereas if you had bought SMOKE you'd still have about the same
Also I don't agree. If you'd bought smoke a year ago in large quantity, you'd have lost 99% of your value, because there is no market with sufficient liquidity to cash out without driving prices to 0 if your a big holder.
