All day at work I was looking forward to coming home and getting blazed.

One thing that you may not know about working in a dispensary: We don't get to smoke weed. It's the first job I've ever had where I just go without all day. It's okay, though. All day, I sell products that help others get high.

Managing a dispensary is not the ideal job for a typical stoner.

It requires a high level of multi-tasking, attention to detail, compliance, etc. So by the end of the day, I'm ready and raring to go!

Last night I decided to try out some White Walker Indica.

These lovely little pre-rolled joints are from Willie's Reserve. Yep, that's Willie Nelson. This particular batch came from a grow called Colorado Kind.

You Never Know

Normally, I judge pre-rolled joints rather harshly. If someone else rolled it and packaged it up, I have no way of knowing how long it has been in joint form. I also don't know how cured it was when it went into the joint. Furthermore, I have no way of being sure that what's inside is even premium bud. They might have mixed it with a bunch of leafy material. With pre-rolled joints, there are a lot of variables.

About The Strain

White Walker OG is an indica-dominant hybrid strain that may have been made just for me. I'm always looking for strong indica effects, and White Walker is an indica version of San Fernando Valley Kush OG, which is definitely one of my favorite strains ever.

Time To Get HIGH

Once we got all the video gear set up, we sat down and lit up. There are two small joints in each package, so @carrieallen and I each got our own doobie. I know, fancy. You can tell from the video, but I started feeling it pretty much instantly. This was incredibly fast acting. I'm also used to smoking mostly caviar at the end of the day, so it was impressive that I got so high so quickly.

The Aftermath

The strong stony effect lasted about half an hour. It was a really relaxing body high that made me feel giggly and stupid. It didn't really give me any munchies. After a little while I was feeling groggy, so we smoked some sativa caviar, which came with a renewed burst of energy.

All in all, I was very pleased with these joints from Willie's Reserve. I was also happy with the whole experience of shooting and sharing this review. I feel like I may have gotten much higher just because I was doing something fun and different.
