Candy making is a serious art and one that I highly recommend you watch online, because watching a master of this craft is truly amazing. My favorite part of the process is what is pictured below when they stretch and fold and stretch and fold and slowly the mixture turns from melted sugars into an incredibly shiny and stretchy thing that they take and roll on a hot board. The sheen that develops slowly from the folding is something that cannot be described, its almost like magic and you have to see it for yourself. Its amazing how the sugar and the heat react just from that simple action done hundreds and thousands of times. An amazing chemical reaction.
