Little Chunks of rainbow colored deliciousness, all Hand made.

I am stuck on the topic of hand made hard candy because I visited a local candyshoppe with a master of the craft the other day!!!! I can not stop thinking how amazing it was to witness the process. He made rainbow swirl candy just like below which also made lollipops and the curly stick things. They swirls together five long rolls of sugar which was already folded and hot which are rolled and rolled together then stretches into super long and thin pieces which are broken apart into the thousands of candies. They then took the rest and rolled it up into circles and then dried upside down into perfect lollipops.
