Another mistake is fracturing the Summay in several paragraphs when they belong to one section. Here I am talking about what you call Profile & Skills

Plan your Resume just for 2 pages ๐ ๐ rather than current three. There is a lot of wasted space as you are using 2 Column Format. You should eliminate that doble column. But do not make any changes until I give you my Draft Version V1.
Other activities as well as apprenticeship are irrelevant to the presentation, since they are not related in any way to your main career path.
I consider that the Starbucks experience is important, at the end is Canadian experience, one reference that can be validated. From past experience that other friends had it is important to say that you have any experience in the Canadian market.
