When a calamity arrives, something is often destroyed. Something new will emerge and take its place. One can only guess the overall impact to society and the future.

It's hard to gauge the nature of a calamity but many people will feel the same. It's a time of great unease and uncertainty. So we wait and observe as the calamity comes and goes.
