Sponge cake with fondant decoration
The sponge cake is a general type of cake, I call it general because it is liked by everybody. It is a foundation for other cakes. This cake is a simple but delicious cake with lots of nutritious flavors.
The fondant used in decorating is a lot of work though the outcome always remains beautiful and it is very edible.
The sponge cake is baked with the flour, margarine, sugar, eggs, flavor and colouring if desired.
The Fondant is prepared with icing sugar, CMC, gelatine, glucose and glycerine.
My secret behind my cakes are passion and focus.
