Sweet Martabak

Sweet Martabak, also known as martabak bright moon or moonlit cake in some areas, is a kind of pancake type snacks often found peddled in the roadside in Indonesia.
In Aceh, this cake is called "puko keubeu", while in Malaysia known as "apam behind". The famous sweet martabak among them is martabak bangka with various variations of contents and flavors, such as peanuts, corn, sesame, chocolate, durian, cheese, banana, raisins, and so on.

This cake is named sweet martabak to distinguish it from other types of martabak, salty martabak, better known by the name of martabak egg or martabak egir, where it comes with pickles, sauce and soy sauce
