Prunes roll
Recipe
Material A
✓12 egg yolk
✓2 egg white grains
✓90gr granulated sugar
Material B
✓100gr butter
✓60gr blueband butter
✓2sdm sweetened condensed milk
Material C
✓20gr triangular flour
✓1sdm milk powder
Topping: prunes seckp, flat right with a knife
Way:
✓mixer material A smp white soft, set aside right
✓mixer of material B to white thick and fluffy (15min)
✓ Mix C ingredients, then sift
✓ Mix the dough A into the B mixture gradually, stirring back until the spatula until smooth.
✓ Smear 2 pieces of baking dish (24x24) with oil then cover with baking paper
✓ pour the mixture into each pan, then give the prunes on top.
✓oven with a temperature of 200dc, for 15min with fire over bwh.
✓ after mateng remove from the oven, hot rolled. After it's cold, it's cut, hopefully it will work
