Potato Donut

Ingredients =
500 grams of chakra flour
200 grams of steamed potatoes ... puree
100 grams of sugar
1germ of fermipan
4 egg yolks
50 grams of milk powder
125 cc of cold water / if you want more delicious, you can mix liquid milk full cream in half ratio
Stir it together ... knead half smooth.

Enter =
80 grams of butter
1/2 teaspoon salt

Knead again until smooth elastic. Round the dough ... cover the container with cling wrap or a damp napkin. Let it rise for about 40 minutes.

Deflate the dough .... Weigh the dough around 50gr ../ I don't weigh enough just think .... round it.
I usually use oil paper and sprinkle the flour .... Arrange the dough balls. Let stand about 20 minutes ... Prepare a frying pan ... pour oil ... just a little fire.
Take the dough circle ... make a hole in the middle with your index finger. Put it in oil even if it's not hot.
If the bottom is brownish ... turn it over with the help of chopsticks. Just 1 time just back.
Remove and drain. Let cool new in sprinkle with refined sugar or topping according to taste.
