Good friends Steemit! Today I bring you an excellent proposal of a delicious chocolate cake full of flavor and very moist as chocolate lovers like. Then I will explain and show through photographs the step by step procedure so you can do it and get good results like me.

INGREDIENTS:
250gr of margarine
2 cups of sugar
5 large eggs
4 cups of rising wheat flour
4 teaspoons of baking powder
2 tablespoons of cocoa
500 milliliters of cow's milk
3 tablespoons of vinegar
Vainila
Ron
Caramelina

For decoration:
500 grams of arequipe
1 can of condensed milk
1tableta or 200 grams of dark chocolate
Candies

PREPARATION:

1. Place margarine with sugar in a bowl, I use a kitchen assistant but you can do it with a hand blender or simply with a wooden palette, you will beat it until both ingredients are fully cremated, You will know this as it changes color from intense yellow to a very soft yellow.

2. Then we proceed to incorporate the eggs one by one and beat them very well, it is important that they are one by one to prevent the mixture from being cut.

3. Immediately after having incorporated all the eggs we will begin with the dry ingredients that would be the flour, the baking powder and the cocoa previously passed through the colander; If you use flour all use add 1 teaspoon of baking soda. Start beating alternating dry ingredients with milk to which vinegar has previously been added, start with dry and finish with these as this prevents the mixture from being cut.

4. Now let's incorporate vanilla, rum and caramelina; It should not be beaten too much since it will lose the thick consistency and the gluten of the flour is released, this will make the cake look bad. The caramelina you can ask yourself, what is it for? this ingredient intensifies more the flavor of the chocolate, it will make your cake more humid and also give it that dark color.

5. Finally we are going to take the mixture in a mold greased and floured in the oven at 180 ° C approximately for 1 hour and 15 minutes, you will know that it is ready because when introducing a toothpick it must come out clean. This cake is half a kilo so you must use a mold of approximately 28cm in diameter.

For the decoration is already to taste of each person but I use a tablet of melted chocolate in the microwave with a can of condensed milk, this mixture I use to fill it and as a cover, with the arequipe I make figures in duya and with the goodies I finish decorating.
