# Banana Blueberry Cake #

Bahan :
• 100 g mentega
• 175 g gula pasir
• 2 butir telur ayam
• ½ sdt kulit jeruk lemon parut
• 400 g pisang Ambon masak
• 1 sdm air jeruk lemon
• 300 g tepung terigu
• 1 sdt baking powder
• 4 sdm susu cair
• 150 g bluberry segar/beku
• 100 g almond cincang

Cara Membuat :

  1. Siapkan loyang loaf, semir mentega dan taburi tepung terigu. Sisihkan.
  2. Ayak tepung terigu dan baking powder lalu sisihkan.
  3. Aduk-aduk pisang dengan garpu hingga lembut.
  4. Tambahkan air jeruk lemon dan aduk rata.
  5. Taruh mentega dan gula dalam wadah.
  6. Tambahkan telur satu per satu sambil kocok hingga rata.
  7. Masukkan kulit jeruk parut, kocok rata.
  8. Masukkan campuran terigu, aduk perlahan hingga rata.
  9. Masukkan pisang halus, aduk trata.
  10. Tambahkan blueberry dan almond, aduk rata.
  11. Tuang adonan ke dalam loyang dan ratakan.
  12. Panggang dalam oven panas 180 C selama 45 menit hingga matang.
  13. Angkat dan dinginkan.

Banana Blueberry Cake.

Material :
• 100 g butter
• 175 g of sugar
• 2 chicken eggs
• ½ tsp lemon grated peel
• 400 g of ripe banana Ambon
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 300 g of wheat flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
4 tablespoons liquid milk
• 150 g fresh / frozen bluberry
• 100 g of chopped almonds

How to make :

  1. Prepare a loaf pan, butter polish and sprinkle wheat flour. Set aside.
  2. Sift wheat flour and baking powder and set aside.
  3. Mix bananas with a fork until soft.
    Add lemon juice and mix well.
    Place butter and sugar in a container.
  4. Add the eggs one by one while shaking until blended.
  5. Insert the skin of grated orange, beat well.
  6. Put the mixture of flour, stir slowly until blended.
  7. Enter the fine banana, stirring the trata.
  8. Add blueberries and almonds, mix well.
  9. Pour the dough into a baking sheet and flatten it.
  10. Bake in hot oven 180 C for 45 minutes until done.
  11. Lift and chill.
