Last week I caught up with my friend C at a local cafe, as I haven't seen her in a while.

There was a playground conveniently located near the cafe where we were meeting, so Prince L and I arrived earlier than the meet up time to have a little play.

Prince L really enjoyed going up and down this slide.

This is what we ordered, an Egg Benedict for my friend, Buttermilk Pancakes for me (because people rave about their pancakes online, so I thought I should try)

And a tropical smoothies one each for the little ones.

My friend prepared some videos on her phone for her son to watch, so of course Prince L joined the party, and he was mesmerized by the videos! Because I don't allow any TV/screen time at home (except video calls with grandparents), so it was like a treat for him XD

We all enjoyed the food there very much, it could be our catch up place again in the future.
