RE: Byteball Use-a-Thon: Byteball - A New Method of Paymet to Improve the Quality of Life for Venezuelans
Dude I TOTALLY fully agree with you that crypto can mean so much for the future of countries like yours. I also wrote something earlier in the week about curacao looking into the options of crypto which would mean the same kind of positivity as for you guys..
but the difficult thing,....getting the people on board
INDEED! but i presented a plan for that!!
One solution is that one person coul be paid for stay at the shops and teach the clients how to pay with bytes, at the loong time these people will spread the voice. i do believe that once they tried paying with cryptos people will start to use it daily.
they just need to understand it and that will the work of that person.
the other option is airdrop, even 1$ could easily get people into the platform and once they discover these other points i explain, is likely they will prefer to pay and own it instead of bolivars.
with these two solutions we could get a lot of people on board!
You could also bring people onto steem as well, get their accounts up to the correct rep and claim airdrop maybe? I'm not sure if the byteball airdrop is still running, but that would be another way of getting some value (for freeish?).
The airdrop is still running but it only work with accounts created before july of this year, so new accounts wont get the reward.
The main problem right now with steemit to be masive adopted like that is that accounts need 2- 3 weeks to get validated.
that makes it harder to get the plan implemented, but hopefully with the next hardfork that problem will be solved and then we will see...
