B&W Photo Contest ~ Candid Photography
Here are my first two entries for the above mentioned contest, hosted by @daveks.
The first image was taken during my recent visit to China, inside the Nansha Temple of the Queen of Heaven.
It's a very beautiful, honest and a peaceful moment...
I tried (and managed) not to disturb the lady during the prayer for a selfish and non-selfish reason. Selfish, because I wanted a natural image, and non-selfish because I honestly did not want to interupt the moment.
Nikon D750 / 50mm
The definition of candid photography is ''Taking photos of people when they have no idea that your doing it.'' Well, the second image is as candid as it gets.
My son, dreaming among the stars :)
