"Poor Ignorance" - B&W Contest (Street Photography) Entry #2

Whilst walking the streets of Mong Kok, Hong Kong in 2015 I came across this guy.

He must be about 70+ years old, begging for loose bits of change, right outside the MTR Underground exit and in front of a cash machine.

In the space of about 5 minutes I was crouched there waiting to taking a photo, hundreds of people must have walked passed not even putting a few cents in his cup.

I don't know which is sadder, an old man begging, or people not willing to share a few coins.

I gave him what I had in my pocket for the photo. He said "Thank You"
