I've been shooting from the hip when buying stocks & Bitcoin and I've made a few purchases near the top. Oops!

Here are some fundamentals that will save your bacon.
Buy stocks that pay dividends.
Buy assets that will be around for the long term. House, index funds, crypto

Do NOT buy what's popular. If something is popular, it's expensive... no matter how solid the asset.
