Description: Sultanic cipher drawn in black ink, contour in gold wash. The outer ellipsis is ornamented by fragmented elements of the Seljukide wing motif arranged in gently scrolling patterns. The pattern is extended as fill between the three pendant flourishes and between the two extended strokes to the right. The scrolls are inscribed in gold wash and the elements are in red. The upper portion of the inner ellipsis constitutes a field in gold with naturalistic floral motifs typical of the Classical era, while its lower portion presents a composition of Chinese cloud band and semi stylized floral motifs. Above the cipher, a triangular field features a less dense version of the pattern presented in the outer ellipsis. Rising above the two branch on the right is a graceful sprig whose line is traced by floral motifs painted freehand in lapis lazuli, dot here and there by diminutive semi stylized floral motifs in red. The text is Spangled with gold dots. Text inscribed in black ink.

Annotation: In the lower left comer, the name of the locale wherein inscribed.

Reason issued: Renewal of freehold of domain land awarded by Selim II to Ahmed Pasha, former governor of Rumelia, and whose limits are, as previously recorded and as ascertained by the local cadis and experts: the village of Dodurga and of the meadows and pasturelands in the districts of Bolu, Ankara, and Karahisar 1 Teke and in the subdistrict of Seferhisar, under the jurisdiction of the district of Hudavendigar.

Tuğrası ve Tezyînâtı: Siyah mürekkeb ile çekilen tuğra, altınla tahrîrlenmiştir. Dış beyze, Haliç işi kompozisyon üzerine, rümî helezonları ile tezyin edilmiştir. Tezyînât, hançer ve zülfe aralarına devam etmiştir. Rümîler sıvama altın, hurde rümîler kırmızı renktedir. Zemini altın olan iç beyzenin üst kısmına, Kara Memi çiçekleri, alt kısmına, bulut ve hatâîlerden oluşan kompozisyon yapılmıştır. Tuğ aralarındaki ve taht kısmındaki sıvama altın zeminler, hatâî dalları ve pencler ile bezelidir. Tuğranın üst kısmında, yine Haliç işi bir tezyînât görülmektedir. Sağ taraftaki motifte ise bir yerden çıkan ve lâcivert renkte negatif olarak çalışılmış hatâî dalları mevcuttur. Bazı küçük hatâîler, kırmızı renktedir. Beyne’s-sütür, altın noktalar ile süslenmiştir. Yazıda, siyah mürekkep kullanılmıştır.

Konusu: Daha önce II. Selim tarafından, sâbık Rumeli Beylerbeyi Ahmed Paşa’ya verılen mülknâmede kayıtlı, Bolu, Ankara, Karahisar-ı Teke Sancağı’nda, Hüdavendigâr Sancağı Seferhisar Nâhiyesi’nde ve Dodurga’daki köy, çayır ve mezraa sınırlarının, mahallî kadılar ve ehl-i vuküf vasıtasıyla yenilenmesi.
