It appears he/she/it doesn't have anything else to do in life..just look at my last AFIT report and effort I've put in to get downvoted by some profile with fake profile pic. I know it's a tiny profile and all but if you ask me accounts like this should get immediate ban from the blockchain. It uses borrowed SP to downvote everyone on Steemit. Shitty move if you ask me..
