NIGERIANS GET YOUR PVC!!! IT IS YOUR RIGHT TO VOTE.
The Nigerian youths are lazy!! That was what the president of Nigeria said in a conference. So many youths were complaining and shouting, ranting all over social media and all. Some went as far as showing off what they were doing as an evidence of not being lazy.
So yesterday a friend was complaining bitterly about the lazy youth and I asked him a simple question
Have you enrolled for your voters card? And he said he has not done it yet.
I shook my head and said to myself is this Nigerian youth lazy or not?
I had to tell him to go and do his permanent voters card. Although he made silly comments like your vote doesn't count and all that. But is it not better to first try to vote?
I was in church and the pastor told his congregation to bring their voters card so they can pray for the country. I was so happy that churches were getting aware and trying to play their part in moving the country.
Finally, if you have not done your voters card please endeavor to enroll for it. It is better to exercise your right and help in moving Nigeria forwardthan to sit and complain without making an effort. Also clergy men and leaders of various places should tell their followers to enrol for their voters card. In all let us pray for Nigeria and pray for our leaders. Long live Nigeria.
