Sashimi Dinner After The 90 Years Birthday Party

We could not sleep lately to the midnight of My uncle’s 90 years old birthday.
He had told his whole life for us. He has 4 kids, two sons and two daughters.

Next morning his elder daughter prepared the sea-food porridge for the breakfast.
After the breakfast my uncle continued his story, we needed to listen carefully.
It was his great birthday party.

It became lunch time, one of my cousin suggested a restaurant by the beach.
He introduced the history of that restaurant.

He told his first visit to this restaurant was 50 years ago, when he was an young official of the government. At that time an old lady was an owner of that restaurant, and former owner had been dead for several years ago. Now her daughter in law succeeded in that restaurant.

When we got to there, there were lots of people and the parking lot was fulled with cars.

The appearance of the restaurant was not so special, even you could disappointed as the restaurant for special lunch.

But one thing nice was the view from the restaurant, the sea was widely open.

We ordered the special sashimi which was created in this area of Pohang.
The name of sashimi was “Mul hoe” meant sashimi in the water.

We took a sit and they served the side dishes first.

Finally the famous sashimi was served.

It looked like mixed raw fish with some vegetables and sauces.
You can put water if you like it.

My cousin told me no water was more delicious.

So, I mixed it without water. It tasted great. I could sell the freshness of the fish.

After a while, the fish soup was served.

My mom was fond of the fish soup.

It was a happy day. After the lunch we headed for my mom’s hometown not far from this restaurant.
My mom said good-bye more that 10 times to my uncle.

I understand the reason of her long time say good bye.
Nobody can guarantee the next in their age.
