A conventional determination of hot and icy hors d'oeuvres, meze is fundamentally Cyprus' identical to tapas. A meze platter could incorporate Mediterranean claims to fame like Tzatziki—a yogurt plunge made with garlic, cucumber, and olive oil; Tahini, which is a glue of pounded sesame seeds, olive oil, lemon, and garlic;
Taramosalata, a kind of fish roe blended with pureed potatoes, olive oil, lemon juice and onions; Hummus, a conventional pureed chickpea and tahini plunge; and Haloumi, which is barbecued and spiced delicate goat or sheep's cheddar.
