Saludos comunidad steemit, presentamos a continuación el proceso de selección de frijoles negros, poroto o caraotas. Para que así posteriormente podamos cocinarlos y degustar de tan importante alimento.
Acá todo el proceso de selección de granos fue finalizado. Es importante no olvidarnos de realizar la selección de granos que vamos a consumir, aquí se puede observar cuanta "basurita" puede arrojar hasta 500g de frijoles
Ya terminada la elección de los granos que vamos a ingerir, solo nos queda de llevarlos a la cocina para cocinar y saber que tan buenos han de ser estas Caraotas...!!
