Yes, when I do some exercise, I prefer to eat at least two banana with a glass of milk. However, sometimes I told my mom to make a banana shake for me. I love banana shake more than that. But the point is when I drink banana shake or eat banana. After some time, I feel twitching in my muscles. I don't know what it is but it seems like my muscles are growing. However, you told something that helped me in the past. Now I am following you @masterfood to get something that will help me in the future.
