I don't like people who have

The challenge will not wait. Life does not look back. A week is more than enough time for us to decide whether or not to accept our destiny. I like flaws. I think they make things interesting. I want to become acutely aware of all I’ve taken for granted. All parents damage their children. It cannot be helped. Youth, like pristine glass, absorbs the prints of its handlers. The trouble is if you don’t spend your life yourself, other people spend it for you. I don't like people who have never fallen or stumbled. Their virtue is lifeless and it isn't of much value. Love risks degenerating into obsession, friendship is never anything but sharing. Life is not a matter of holding good cards, but of playing a poor hand well. There is only one sin. and that is theft... when you tell a lie, you steal someones right to the truth.

When I wake up every morning, I smile and say, "Thank You"
Because out of my window I can see the mountains, then go hiking with my dog and share her bounding joy in the world.
