Granizado de café

Ingredientes
1/2 litro de café fuerte
1 taza de azúcar
un trozo de corteza de limón
crema batida para acompañar
sirop de chocolate.

Preparación
Calentar el café y cortar finamente la cortezade limón, agregar al café, mezclar bien y dejar reposar por 10 minutos. Añadir el azúcar y revolver hasta disolverlo, verter en un recipiente y colocar en el congelador durante una hora. Sacar el granizado, batir vigorosamente y congelar otra vez por 3 horas o más. Para servir, raspar el granizado disponer al gusto y decorar con crema batida y sirop de chocolate.
