THE OPENING OF THE IMAM JUNAID AL-BAGHDADI BECAUSE BECAUSE LOVE OF THE HOLIDAYER

In his youth Imam Junaid al-Baghdadi was a person who had a strong body and supported his life by making a living as a professional wrestler. And as usual, there is a wrestling contest held by the rulers of Baghdad every year and they announce:

"Today, Junaid Baghdadi (defending champion) will show his expertise as a wrestler, is there anyone who dares to challenge him?" Then an old man, standing with a trembling neck and said:

"I will enter this contest and challenge him."

Anyone who witnessed this scene could not resist, they burst out laughing and clapping. The king is bound by the rule of law. He can't stop someone from his own free will from entering the battle.

The old man was banned for permission to enter the ring. He is around 65 years old. When defending champion Junaid al-Baghdadi entered the ring, he was astonished as the King and all the spectators present. All have the same mind, "How can this parent be able to fight and win?" The old man shook hands with Imam Junaid and in a low voice said:

"Bring me to your ear, Listen to my words," He then whispered: * "I know that it is impossible for me to win this fight. I am a Sayyid, descendant of the Prophet Muhammad". My children are starving at home. ready for your name, your honor and position to love the Prophet of Allah and lose this fight because of me.

If you do this, I will be able to collect the prize money and thus have the means to feed my children and I can fulfill my needs for a full year. I will be able to complete payment of all my debts and above all, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ will be pleased / pleased with you. Are you, O Junaid, not willing to sacrifice your honor for the children of the Prophet?

Junaid al-Baghdadi thought for a moment and said: "Toyyib, today I have a very good chance." Finally, with a zealous look, Junaid al-Baghdadi showed several maneuvers, showing his grappling skills so that the King had no conspiracy. Junaid with extraordinary skills, did not use his full strength to make himself fall, overthrown by the old man.

MasyaAllah Tabarakallah !!

And his humility, proclaiming Junaid will be his defeat. So he gave the parents the right to win and win the prize. Then suddenly in the evening, Junaid al Baghdadi dreamed of meeting the Prophet Muhammad mengatakan who said:

• "Dear Junaid, you sacrifice your honor, your fame has been recognized throughout the country. Bringing names and positions that are posted - in all corners of Baghdad is exchanging for the expression of your love for my hungry children. On this day and forever on, your name will be recorded. in the list of Auliya '(Allah's Majesty). "

After that, this great succeeded in learning to defeat his lust and become one of the most prominent Wali Allah in his time.
