If you like to be slim I mean healthy please don't eat so much. More food bring more sickness. I try to keep less food but many item I also added some rich as well. I got two type of food boxes. I like 2nd box because that one is only one part.I don't like buy food that much Home made food is best for me. To have home food be safe from sickness and keep yourself healthy.
