Tuesday morning, Mrs Gladys hurriedly prepared meal for her husband. Made sure she tidy_up the kitchen simultaneously, by dropping cups, plates etc in their rightful positions as she has no house help.

Mr ADOLPHUS: Hurry up woman! I have an important client to meet with this morning. I can't afford to miss the business deal.

MRS GLADYS: My love, I will be there soon. Your food is ready. She hurriedly came out of the kitchen with a trail of food. Served her husband and sat for a while to watch him eat.

Watching him eat and teasing him in the process is one act she enjoys doing. My love, please take good care of yourself as you are going out for me o. You know I love you so much and can't share you with another woman. She kissed him and bid him farewell for the day.

MR ADOLPHUS: You are welcome Mr Mark. Have a sit let's talk business. Concerning that your building plan you briefed me about, I think 20 buckets of paints will be enough.

MR MARK: Are you very sure of this? I really don't want any stones to be left unturned.

MR ADOLPHUS: You are in the right place sir. Infact, you will recommend me after now (with a smile on his face).

They shoke hands and concluded on their business deal. The day went well and sales were good.

Back home, Adolphus discussed and chatted with his wife how his business has been favouring him.

MRS GLADYS: Honey, I have a better news for you. I went to consult with the family doctor and several tests were carried out on me. The news came out positive. I mean, I am pregnant.

Mr. Adolphus couldn't contain his joy as he lifted up his wife in out most excitement. Kissed and promised her heaven on earth. My love. I am glad I will be a mother soon. I am more glad I will be called daddy by a little junior soon (replied Mr. Adolphus). No, the baby is a girl.

Ok! My love, whichever it is. We will be parents soon (replied Mr Adolphus with beams of excitement radiating all over his face).

Holding and gently touching her husband on the chest. Mrs Gladys said in a subtle tone. My love, the doctor advised today that I have some rest and stay away from stress.

I, I.. I will need a house_help to assist me here. I can't rest when there are many things to be done in the house.
