You could even buy now without waiting for a dip imo, but I reckon a good opportunity would be at 160k sats.
XRB has a massive market cap without being on any major exchange, which tells you all you need to know about the public perception of the coin. The moment it hits an exchange like Binance, it'll go for a massive run.

Pretty legit. I bought quite a bit on bitgrail. But as always, once you purchase it on the website, download it onto your machine and put in cold storage. Leave nothing on any website, trust no-one. Just my two cents :)
