I was in a place called the Blue Jazz Hostel in Little India. This was my third time there, and I really like it. It's close by the Lavender MRT with free breakfast, stores and restaurants everywhere close and comfy beds. It's $13 usd per night for the shared room.

That's amazingly value for money. The ones near my workplace at Rochor Mrt costs at least $18 usd, and I thought this was cheap.
