(34.40) Three people got life imprisonment in Magura murder case
Magura District and Sessions Judge Court has sentenced three people to life imprisonment and two others in Magura murder case. Judge of the District and Sessions Judge's Court Sheikh Mafjur Rahman gave the verdict on Sunday.
Those sentenced to life imprisonment are Mohiuddin, Mosharraf Hossain, Sher Ali and three years of imprisonment for two years, Abdul Gani Mollah and Jahangir Hossain.
Prosecution lawyer Advocate Kamal Hossain said that on June 26, 2010, ibadat was murdered. In the murder case, 11 people filed the case with the family members of the deceased Sirajul Islam Police Station. The investigation officer of the case submitted a charge sheet to the court on September 19 of the same year, excluding 3 people and named 8 people. Two accused died during the trial. The court gave the verdict against 5 of the remaining 6 people. An offense has not been proved, one has been acquitted. Sentenced to life imprisonment for the accused, Sheryli is absconding abroad
