Currently, you can transfer money to any exchange like zabpay from bank account and buy bitcoin or any other crypto-currencies. This currency you have to transfer to other exchange which deal in steem like bittrex, binance etc. Now, you can buy steem from this currency and transferred to your steem wallet. That's it.
ok so I will try on Zebpay only.Any other way apart from this?
currently all indian exchange is working. They will close in few days.
You can buy directly from other steemians, who want to sell.
