Be positive
It´s sad to know that people go through life wondering how to be positive, but never really get it. They end up trying to be happy and positive with little or no benefit. There are probably many reasons why you end up staying in your negative state, but you can learn to be positive with consistency and effort.
If you ask yourself how to be positive, you are probably struggling with negative thoughts and emotions. It is also likely that the reason you feel unhappy or negative is because over the years you have allowed negative thoughts to control your mind, the first step to learning to be positive is to control your current thoughts to see what types of thoughts go through your mind, the key is to recognize negative thoughts and counteract them with positive thoughts.
The next step is to focus on the good things in your life. By doing so, you will have good thoughts running through your mind and that in turn will attract more positive things to you. Another good idea is to focus on the things you want instead of the current distressing situation.
Combat negative thoughts with positive thoughts and stay focused on what you want. You can learn how to be positive every day, you can achieve your goals, you can live as you want, you just have to believe in yourself and get your Subconscious Mind and the Inner Powers to work for you. You just have to give them the correct instructions and they will bring you what you want and more.
