TORTA DE CHOCOLATE
Uno de mis postres favorito es la torta de chocolate, aca les comparto mi receta.
Ingredientes:
2 tazas de harina de trigo leudante
1/2 taza de aceite
3 huevos
50gr de cacao en polvo
1 taza de azucar
1 cda de polvo de hornear
Preparacion:
Primero se bate el aceite con los huevos, luego se coloca la azucar, despues que este bien mezclado se coloca la harina de trigo y el polvo de hornear y por ultimo el cacao en polvo. Colocar la mezcla en un molde previamente enmantecado.
Poner a calentar el horno a 170º y meter la mezcla por 50 minutos aproximadamente
Para el topin se derrite chocolate de taza con un poco de crema de leche y se usa para decorar
