RE: I Bought More STEEM Yesterday: This Is Our Blockchain We Need More Than Just Ned
all the posts about ned jumping ship to a new project should see it for the positive that it really is that means he A. feels steemit is either at a point now that he doesnt need to influence its upward progress as much anymore and is now focusing on something new to continue to push steem to mass adoption
or B. he feels the new project would not mesh with steemit as a blogging platform and deserves its own company/developers/chance to shine outside of direct steemit influence.
personally i think its a little of both
as far as steem dropping anyone that jumps ship now should take a hard look at how much they intend on using the platform from this point onwards. because if you are walking away from steemit fine cash out though it still might be better to wait that out until things get back to at least 1:1 but for anyone thats staying for more than months anyone thats just starting their journey in steemit would be a fool not to invest in steem and stick as much as you can into sp. it doesnt do you nearly enough good just sitting on your account not being utilized through the power of sp and the 13 week call back is a mute point unless you just cant afford to squirrel away much.
personally i wish i had a 10 thousand i could invest into steem/steemit/steemmonsters etc etc there are many things coming to steemit and anyone that cant see the amount of work and dedication being put into this platform should probably get some glasses because it sticks out like a sore thumb and we're all going to be in a better position on steemit come Q1 and beyond.
also for those that know nothing about destiny there are some videos floating around out there where ned hints at what it is what it could be in the future and to be honest it makes sense once you read up on it why he doesnt necessarily want it lumped in with steemit.
if you are struggling to find those videos just look for any newer videos where he mentions smt and where thats heading for steem and things will start to click.
