All of those are good, i dont have only last 2 and not exactly sure what they are.
UP on Smaller Caps
As usual thats a list of mostly crappy coins. From those i own/suggest to/would buy - BCY PEPE MTH EXCL, mostly to get cheap on Bittrex or CoinExchange
Top 24h Vol Exchange
Okex is winning but after their last fail with liquidating BTC long.. i would suggest to get on other places for maring ie BiBox or BitMex.

I think dcr has made more than 1 year long cup and handle pattern. Could see good gains very soon.
#potcoin has a history of pump action so better grab yer old coin with "unending" use unless maryjane died from the world as well as maryjane users suddenly disappear from the world @kingscrown
I'm buying #LoMoCoin because the price is lower than I ever witness since I became interested in the coin at the beginning of the year.
I'm holding a fairly large amount (at least it is to me) because I'm staking in a desktop wallet at 10% of annual return at the moment, but also because I believe in the future of the LoMoStar app, they are developing this unique LBS platform at a very rapid pace.

I am still riding with most of my money with Steem, since it gives the best passive income in a bear market. Not sure where I'm gonna switch, but probably will slowly buy some of the top50 coins back.

@kingscrown what do you think ETC with all this coinbase stuff, hold to dump the day it gets listed, or will it get dumped before? I'm thinking of holding until day 7 when the listing on coinbase pro happens, dump it at 20-25, wait for the dump, buy more, wait for the coinbase consumer lissting that should happen 1 week after and dump it again... but don't know, ETC is not really "my kind of coin" I'm still going WTF at why coinbase decided to list it before all the other good projects it has... it's probably to pump the price up since coinbase has a large ETC holding from the fork
