PARCHITA EN SU PULPA
Buenos dias, a todos los amantes de los postres, ayer hice esta receta y hoy se las comparto.
ingredientes:
3 parchitas.
200 Gms de azúcar
PASO 1 Sancochar las parchitas.
PASO 2 Las pelas y le abres una rajita.
PASO 3 La llevas de nuevo a fuego lento y le hechas agua hasta cubrirla y le agregas la azúcar y la dejas hervir por media hora o hasta que se haga el almíbar espeso semejante a la textura de la compota.
Y listo. Retira y dejas enfriar y a comer esta delicia de postre.
