DESPERTING CHRISTMAS
This Christmas (2018) will be worse than that of the year 2002 when the violent opposition stopped PDVSA and left us without gas, without gas, without hallacas, without transportation, without television, without medical clinics, without products on the shelves, without beer, and without wages ...

This Christmas (2018) will be worse because ...
After the PDVSA strike (which I imagine will happen shortly):
1- PDVSA will not be able to recover in time to continue the necessary production of gasoline and gas, and the Maduro government will not have the capacity to import it,
2- the Maduro government will not have the financial capacity (or common sense) to foresee the PDVSA strike (or its subsequent recovery),
3 - nor will be able to predict or ensure that the most basic and necessary products for the survival of our society can be achieved without having to go through the many mafias (especially military) that now control the country.
It will be a catastrophe.
During this Christmas of 2018 not only will be missing what was missing in 2002, but also missing:
- light
- Water
- Internet
- telephone communications
- cash
- medicines
- meters and metrocables
- trains
- toilet paper, sanitary napkins, soap, etc.
- chlorine
- vegetables
- meat, chicken, cheese, milk, sugar, etc.
- classes (primary, secondary, technical schools and some universities)
- private services of all types
There will be almost no hospital services (public) for lack of inputs and employees who will not show up for work.
The same will happen with all (or almost all) public institutions and some banks, since no one will go to work because the government will not be able to pay their full wages or their food vouchers on time.
CLAPs will not come on time either, and if they come, they will come significantly reduced.
And just as in previous years, Maduro's announced perniles for Christmas will only reach a few people, mostly corrupt officials.
This will be our Christmas 2018.
It will be a catastrophe.
(This is how I see it, so I feel it, and so I think it will be unless Maduro puts on his pants as a good responsible father would, but I doubt he will, since he has not done so in 5 years. Well, while we spent a catastrophic Christmas, the vast majority of Maduro's surroundings, as well as the leaders of the violent opposition in 2002, will be out of the country having fun, spending dollars, eating meat, and making fun of us while they take their Champan glass, that's what I think, maybe I'm wrong, I do not know, but that's how I feel.)
