Conscience is what's missing.

How painful it is to see and feel every plane that gets lost in the distance with that loved one, with your family or your soul friend, with whom you shared so many experiences, I know that the subject of emigration is trite and all that but I can't find another way to let go of all this feeling, I admire those who leave because the pain they feel with each step they take to an airport is sharp and constant, because when they arrive in another land they have to adapt to things that are more and more compared to those of their land and the yearning is consuming, I admire those who remain because they have to struggle every day with this trance, with a day to day of stones and rocks on the road, because even though they see their most beloved ones leaving, they are still struggling either not to have the means to leave or because they simply do not want to leave this land.

It is truly admirable, but just as I can highlight this fact I must also abhor another and it is only our attitudes, whether you are an opponent or a pro-government Venezuelan and it is because of you that every day our country can improve or worsen and I apologize for the redundancy but a country is formed by its people, it makes its culture grow and every work of every citizen grow and although we all or the great majority are certain that those who manage power have done it very badly, I wonder if each person at the national level has a clean mind and I don't justify or point directly to anyone, I just want us to be aware and introspective. In your work, do you respect what is not yours, what is alien to you, do you care for your space, do you embellish your environment, do you teach your children values? You teach the men of the house that a woman never gets her hand up, you scold your son or daughter if they come home with something that is not theirs, or you find out if it is true what they tell you, you take the food from the restaurant where you work, you take the items from your office? is strong but I would like to know why in many cases we are light in the street and dark in the house? and I speak at the country level, many people go abroad and learn to be efficient in their jobs, to be kind to the public, not to miss their jobs, or to value everything more, but here they don't mind being late, making excuses, treating a client in a rude or not very courteous way, being efficient and effective and in a few words building their country at will, I tell you something like this government to go away, I hope that it will be so and I know that God will fulfill his purpose, if we as citizens do not learn to shine at home and to glue every brick that rebuilds what for so many years has been ruined we will not leave our generations more than pieces of what was once the most wonderful country in the world, think, think, think and think again and don't want to be more alive than the one next door because that is getting worse and worse, I leave you with that.
