Fruits is very useful for health!

Regarding taste, nutritional quality and health, we are always a little cautious. It is very important for us to have healthy fruits in our daily diet. Today, I am sharing the nutritional value of some fruits and photography with everyone. I went to the market in the afternoon to do photography. Regarding the nutritional value of fruit, I learned some information from Google and read it in the book.

Guava

Scientific name: Psidium

Guava is our most commonly known fruit. Vitamin C is found in guava. Vitamin C can help us to keep the body healthy by improving our immune system and we can eat a lot of guava for it. Good for the eyes, a fruit beneficial for the stomach.

Limonia acidissima

Scientific name: Feronia Limonia Swingle

Limonia acidissima is a kind of tasty fruits. Limonia acidissima has many nutritional qualities. In the Limonia acidissima season, I used to eat chilli, salt and sugar and make me taste delicious. Our fruits are available in Bangladesh in August-November.

Olive

Scientific name: Olea europaea

Olive is a small winter fruit. Seasonal fruit is olive, so everyone likes it. As I have read in Google, it is found in almost all the countries of the world. Olive oil keeps our body healthy and beautiful. I read in the book that "Researchers have shown that the use of olive oil in the diet results in the body's cholesterol and good Chlorotrol." Olive froth helps digestion regularly.
