BUILD A TEAM

Building takes time, it takes someone who is patient, tenacious, skillful, persistent, resilient to build. Building is a conscious decision, the decision to build a formidable team is of an essence in producing outstanding result.

Points to note

1. How visible is your contribution to the team: Make yourself indispensable, don't put yourself in a place in which your leader can do something without you. Produce excellent results.
2. You become the favorite by results : Have you ever wondered why the successful person is always chosen times and times again for different responsibility even when it looks as though he has too much workload, that's because men love to go with the trend, let your trend be excellent results and men will run after you with work. This is possible by doing this few tricks :

• Always run with the vision of the team
• Always make yourself available
• Always be ready to learn
• Have a goal and write it down
• Be focus-add passion to your focus
• Lead by example - The fastest way to be a better leader is to do the work and be excellent at it.
• Build an effective team workforce where there is exampleary collaboration
• Compete with your past and not members of the team.

The result oriented man, in this case leader must have a belief system, which is

when a problem gets to me, it gets solved.

As a result oriented leader there are some basic things one must come to a relationship with, some of which are :

• The responsibility we are given shows how much love, trust the person handling out the authority has for you.
• The results you produce are as a result of your most dominant thoughts.
• You must understand the value of contributing and contribution to a team success.
• When you are giving a new responsibility, find out what happened to the predecessor of that responsibility and make adjustments to create better results.
• Learn to appraise yourself : Come out of your work and analyze your progress.
• Always produce value, this way you make yourself indispensable, the company can't let you go, become the backbone of the team.
• Understand the concepts
• Continually deliver the results needed.
• Continually pay attention to your own personal growth.
• Become the one that makes up for the lack of others, inculcate system thinking. In making up for the lack of others you eliminate the I, I, I mentality.
• Help others to improve, replicate knowledge.
• Be a catalyst to success and barrier to failure.

In becoming a man of perpetual outstanding result producer one thing is show to happen is a mind shift, you have to decide to be the man that strives for excellence and not the one that settles down for anything. You have to develop principles, the knowledge shared here is applicable in every facet of life as they are general laws of success.
