News - Nasi Island, Mainland is beautiful in Pulo Aceh

JANTHO - Nasi Island is one of the areas that is administratively included in the District of Pulo Aceh, Aceh Besar District. The second largest island after Breuh Island (rice) which became the capital of Pulo Aceh District. Nasi Island consists of five villages namely Deudap, Pasi Janeng, Rabo, Alue Reueyeng, and Lamteng.

This island holds a promising tourism potential. Unfortunately, the lack of support facilities to make potential tourists are reluctant to visit this island. Call it for example the absence of lodging facilities that become the mainstay of tourists during a visit to a destination.

In Deudap Village, there is already a homestay managed by a village built from the Village Fund. But tourists who come there seem to still rely on the home residents who are known to stay. In addition, the limited public transportation is also a constraint of its own.

JANTHO - Pulau Nasi adalah salah satu wilayah yang secara administrasi masuk dalam wilayah Kecamatan Pulo Aceh, Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Pulau kedua terbesar setelah Pulau Breuh (beras) yang menjadi Ibu Kota Kecamatan Pulo Aceh. Pulau Nasi terdiri dari lima desa yaitu Deudap, Pasi Janeng, Rabo, Alue Reueyeng, dan Lamteng.

Pulau ini menyimpan potensi wisata yang menjanjikan. Sayangnya, minimnya fasilitas pendukung membuat calon wisatawan enggan berkunjung ke pulau ini. Sebut saja misalnya belum adanya fasilitas penginapan yang menjadi andalan utama wisatawan saat berkunjung ke suatu destinasi.

Di Desa Deudap, memang sudah ada homestay yang dikelola oleh desa yang dibangun dari Dana Desa. Namun wisatawan yang datang ke sana tampaknya masih mengandalkan rumah warga yang dikenal untuk menginap. Selain itu terbatasnya sarana transportasi publik juga menjadi kendala tersendiri.
