Video food Challenge- Proper Technique to Poach an Egg

I used to love eating eggs growing up. I loved them boiled hard and I loved them scrambled. As I got older, I got a little more sophisticated with my choice of eggs.

Fried over easy or over hard was my thing....

One day at a local diner where I live, I ordered an Eggs Benedict and in that instant of tasting it, I was in love! Boy, I told myself, the next time I make eggs, I am going to poach them..... WELL!!!!

One of the biggest challenges I find in the kitchen is poaching eggs..... Correctly!

No matter what technique I use, I never seem to get it right. I did learn that poaching eggs properly is an art that takes a steady hand.......
