Wondering what is decentralization

I never went to a school that could teach me what i see today
Internet and platforms
GoogleTube and Spyfacebook greatest schools to had
finally a way to self-teach me a lot of great things
Knowledge shared by everyone!

Unfortunately some people do not like the way the knowledge, and what knowledge is shared... they prefer it to be..
...like a t.v

Fortunately, if they turn it into a t.v
like they want it to be
Decentralization comes into play
shaking the centralization that be!

But how do this work...
Witness run the blockchain..
And they run the platforms too?
