Starting again?
Some think they have gotten over the past because they are starting all over again and that the new beginning that is before them makes everything from before go away.
It isn't all that simple and because it is called "new beginning" doesn't make it a start from zero.
It is impossible to start from zero in life because after living some portion of your life, you cannot up and have the past erased, you can say it is gone, but it never truly leaves us. The past is our foundation and has so much to do with how we move ahead with the new stride.
Your "New Beginning" takes its lessons from the past so you don't go through the same process all over again.
New beginning in the life of a man is the opening of another page in your book but we carefulness not to inscribe on it, the things you have previously on past pages.
When we set to make something change in our lives, we become aware of a motivation that tells us we can or cannot make it.
There are some steps we should never take because, it is exactly as the former ones we have taken and towing that line will make our demons become familiar.
See new beginnings as that moment when you have been given an opportunity to make some different decisions as against your very familiar and comfortable move.
New beginnings isn't always about moving into something new entirely, it is mostly about having a second chance to move into something different and better from where you were.
If you beat yourself that your new beginning still has some resemblance with the past, then you will never be able to gain the lessons embedded therein. It may look similar, but the result will surely be different if you apply the formula that is needed for that particular moment in time.

This is some good stuff, and I completely agree with the positions here. I think a mistake we often make, surprisingly, is stumbling on the same stone twice, making the same mistake over again even when we're starting over again. All the past experiences and lessons turning out to count for nothing.

But well, with the right amount of carefulness and soberness as prescribed, we sure can do better when we start again.

The past is our definition and it will always be no matter how we try to run from it. Being able to pick the lessons and use them as a learning curve is what will make the "new beginning" different.

Interesting piece. The past always create the inspiration of what's to be written on the new page. And i think that the past most times are not that bad because we can use them to reshape our lives and make our new beginnings worthwhile.
Turning a new page is important, but all the more important is, knowing what the new page should consist of so we do not start writing what we have written before.
