Pechugas Tiernas
Ingredientes
- pechuga de pollo
- Salsa de tomate
Preparación
Primero sumerge las pechugas en un bol con leche aproximadamente 1/2 hora antes de asarlas, Así las encontrarás mucho más tiernas y deliciosas.
Luego Pre-calienta la asadora. Ya cuando la plancha caliente, coloca un chorrito de aceite o una cucharada de mantequilla. Después añade los filetes de pechuga y cuando estén casi asada por la primera cara exprime 1/2 limón encima. Por ultimo Repite lo mismo por la otra cara de la pechuga, y acompañarla de una verdura como el tomate.
