I came across this linux Operating System some years back and I fell in love. Back then, I was a novice, I knew not much about computers. The basic ideas I had were Windows based.
It was a little annoying at first that you have to understand certain codes before you can conduct simple tasks like installing an app, configuring the app or in some instances, launching the app. In fact, Installing the Operating System itself is also like that.
I fell in love with the Operating System because of it's endless possibilities. It leaves your achievements up to your personal creativity. There is no limit to what you can do with the Operating System if you have the right hardware.
For users who have gotten used to Windows and want a change of OS, you should try it out. It is even less prone to virus attacks than Windows. There's a lot you can do with Linux. You should try it out.
